Responsibilities:

• Conduct realworld market research within the health care system.
• Analyze market potential and evaluate the value of various markets.
• Perform comprehensive market analyses and assess market accessibility.
• Assess and prioritize target markets and provide data to underpin effective gotomarket strategies.
• Navigate the health care regulatory environment.
• Communicate and collaborate with health care professionals and authorities.
• Research competitors in the wound care product market, particularly antimicrobial products.
• Represent the company at events and conferences to showcase our offerings.
• Identify potential customer sources and gather market intelligence.
• Initiate conversations and conduct interviews with KOLs and industry specialists to assess market demand and determine current and future product needs and requirements
• Conduct telephone calls, inperson visits, and presentations.

Requirements/Qualifications:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team player with:

• An advanced degree (PhD, MBA, MD, etc.) is desirable but not mandatory. Bachelor's or Master's degree in any biological science, Biomed MBA, engineering, pharmacology, nursing, health care professional, public health, psychology, chemistry, life sciences, biology, or related fields.
• Familiarity with health care, biotech, and/or pharmaceutical industries.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• A demonstrated history of taking initiative and being a selfstarter.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player mentality, as our success thrives on collaborative efforts.
• Possess a deep understanding of health care and hospital environments, needs, and policies, preferably in Alberta.
• Ideally, 12 years of professional experience, including internships or work experience in market research, marketing, or management consulting firms.
• Proficient analytical skills and a penchant for adapting to dynamic environments.
• Enthusiasm for qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.
• Familiarity with or experience in regulatory processes or market access is preferred.

Salary:
$2,604.76-$5,168.59 per month
