Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and security problems.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize systems uptime.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in IT support or a related field.

Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Familiarity with network equipment and phone systems, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
