    Job Summary

    The Strategic Finance Director will lead our financial reporting, cash flow management, and treasury operations. You will bring a strong background in accounting principles and practices, coupled with exceptional leadership and analytical skills, to help us achieve financial excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading the monthly financial close process, including accrual entries, general ledger reviews, intercompany transactions, and variance analysis
    • Performing daily bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and resolve variances
    • Preparing and consolidating financial statements for senior management and external stakeholders in compliance with GAAP and IFRS
    • Directing the year-end closing process, overseeing preparation for external audits, and acting as the main liaison for auditors

    Requirements

    To qualify, you will need a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a CPA designation (or working toward it). A minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in corporate finance and treasury operations, will be essential. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly SAP, is required.

    The following skills and background will be highly valued:

    • Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and practices
    • Experience with accounts payable, and bank reconciliation processes
    • Knowledge of financial auditing procedures and compliance regulations
    • Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and problem-solving
