Member Service Consultant (MSC)

Nepean Travel Store, 1331 Clyde Ave.
Unit105, Ottawa, ON**Our retail travel business is growing, and we are looking to hire Member Service Consultants to assist our Members with all their Membership needs.

Responsibilities
:
- Promote and sell CAA Memberships, promoting upgrades, automatic renewal, and additional associate Members.
- Provide Members with services such as auto travel materials, passport photos, and International Drivers Permits (IDP).
- Answer Member/client inquiries and collect leads for store Travel Consultants and Home and Auto Insurance agents.
- Assist Members when using CAA Express, our instore selfserve kiosk.
- Various administrative duties including restocking brochures and merchandise, conducting inventory, and accepting insurance payments.
- Participation in local networking/community events if needed.
Requirements
:

- 12 years of customer service and sales experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in both official languages.
- Ability to work varying store operational hours.
- Ability to lift boxes of brochures and merchandise required.
Compensation
:
- Base Salary: $39,500.
- Lead bonus opportunity.
