POSITION:
Member Service Consultant (MSC)

LOCATION

:

Nepean Travel Store, 1331 Clyde Ave.

Unit105, Ottawa, ON**Our retail travel business is growing, and we are looking to hire Member Service Consultants to assist our Members with all their Membership needs.

Responsibilities

:

Promote and sell CAA Memberships, promoting upgrades, automatic renewal, and additional associate Members.
Provide Members with services such as auto travel materials, passport photos, and International Drivers Permits (IDP).
Answer Member/client inquiries and collect leads for store Travel Consultants and Home and Auto Insurance agents.
Assist Members when using CAA Express, our instore selfserve kiosk.
Various administrative duties including restocking brochures and merchandise, conducting inventory, and accepting insurance payments.
Participation in local networking/community events if needed.

Requirements

:

12 years of customer service and sales experience in a retail environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Fluency in both official languages.
Ability to work varying store operational hours.
Ability to lift boxes of brochures and merchandise required.

Compensation

:

Base Salary: $39,500.
Lead bonus opportunity.
Health & Dental Benefits
Pension Plan.
2 Weeks Vacation
CAA Membership.
