    Here are the main responsibilities:

    • Scanning and indexing received documents;
    • Performing various administrative follow-ups (emails, incomplete requests, simple follow-ups by phone or email);
    • Supporting claims technicians and analysts in their daily tasks by applying established procedures and reporting any anomalies or issues;
    • Assisting with the management and prioritization of requests in shared email inboxes;
    • Collaborating with the team to meet processing timelines.

    What could accelerate your success in this roleWe are looking for someone who:

    • Is currently a college or university student in a relevant field;
    • Is available to work 15 to 20 hours per week during academic sessions (daytime, Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.) and full-time during the summer;
    • Is recognized for strong organizational skills, the ability to manage priorities, as well as teamwork and the ability to ask for help when needed;
    • Stands out for their attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy;
    • Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the person will be required to communicate by phone and in writing with unilingual English-speaking third parties on a daily basis.
