The normal work schedule is 9 hours/day including the meal period equivalent to 40 paid hours per week.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marine Logistics Supervisor, he will be responsible for:

Responsible for entering port receipt data into Excel and/or Access;
Responsible for receipts on the internal IT Guide program;
Responsible for confirming the accuracy of parts delivered versus the purchase order on the internal IT Guide program;
Responsible for communication between buyers and/or suppliers to manage delivery inaccuracies;
Responsible for creating a followup list for all issues related to inaccurate deliveries;
Responsible for the printing of stickers to identify the delivered parts;
Responsible for the creation of boat lots in the internal IT Guide system;
Responsible for the creation of boat manifests;
Responsible for the filing of all paperwork related to port receipts;
If needed, assist with physical checks of deliveries in the warehouse.

Qualifications

Excellent data entry skills in Excel or Access;
Good stress and pressure management;
Speed of execution;
Attention to detail.

Assets

Experience in the warehouse environment;
Knowledge of mining equipment;
Knowledge of IT Guide;
Bilingual (French/English).
