Job summary
Le CIUSSS de l'Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal recrute un conseiller pour le service de la Présence et retour au travail durable. La personne choisie travaillera dans un contexte dynamique avec une équipe dédiée à la gestion des dossiers d'invalidité.
Tâches et responsabilités
- Fait des recommandations, développe et applique des stratégies novatrices visant une gestion optimale des dossiers d'invalidité;
- Participe activement à l’élaboration et l’évaluation d’outils du travail de l’équipe ainsi qu’à l’optimisation des processus du service;
- Participe à des activités de transfert partage entre collègues;
