Reporting to the VP of Direct Sales, the
Sales Development Representative is responsible for finding and qualifying new business leads and following up with mid-market sales leads through various lead and referral sources.

Your Focus

  • The phone is your dumbbell, and you're constantly doing curls contacting potential clients and setting up meetings.
  • You exemplify the hunter mentality, prospecting customers that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Understanding customer needs the bread and butter of your approach
  • You love connecting the dots researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • A sucker for detail, you are obsessed with quality and CRM documentation.
  • During happy hour you are the heart and soul of everyone's conversation and love attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
  • You enjoy helping plan and oversee new marketing and product initiatives, working with marketing to help prepare sell sheets and promotional offers.
