Key Responsibilities
- Manage daytoday team performance.
- Proactively reviews and analyzes internal and industry trends to consistently improve customer experience and anticipate needs.
- Delivers presentations with recommendations on trends and findings.
- Ensures that the team maintains updated knowledge of Amare products and services.
- Develops strong relationships with Amare Leaders by interacting with them.
- Goal setting and strategic conversations with team and Brand Partners.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of Amare's compensation plan.
- Responds to customer escalations that may include commission inquiries: qualifications, paid compensations, and exceptions.
- Assists top level leaders with requests.
- Provides guidance to leaders on how to use the backoffice and Amare Builder App
- Communicates effectively with leaders to assure they are aware of company initiatives, promotions, and events.
- Helps manage and facilitate Amare Facebook groups for leaders.
Requirements:
- 45 years' experience account management in direct sales /mlm
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Exceptional leader
- Ability to build rapport with other departments, Account Managers and Brand Partners
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Must be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized.
