Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday team performance.
  • Proactively reviews and analyzes internal and industry trends to consistently improve customer experience and anticipate needs.
  • Delivers presentations with recommendations on trends and findings.
  • Ensures that the team maintains updated knowledge of Amare products and services.
  • Develops strong relationships with Amare Leaders by interacting with them.
  • Goal setting and strategic conversations with team and Brand Partners.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of Amare's compensation plan.
  • Responds to customer escalations that may include commission inquiries: qualifications, paid compensations, and exceptions.
  • Assists top level leaders with requests.
  • Provides guidance to leaders on how to use the backoffice and Amare Builder App
  • Communicates effectively with leaders to assure they are aware of company initiatives, promotions, and events.
  • Helps manage and facilitate Amare Facebook groups for leaders.

Requirements:


  • 45 years' experience account management in direct sales /mlm
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Exceptional leader
  • Ability to build rapport with other departments, Account Managers and Brand Partners
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Must be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized.
