Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your role in our team

Position Overview:


Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter is a team player who is process oriented, adaptable and has a keen eye for the right fit, as to maximize potential and opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Source potential drivers through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Assist with the preparation of interview materials
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant platforms
  • Research new recruitment strategies and stay updated on industry trends
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

***- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience

  • 2 or more years' experience in full cycle recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Adaptable and willing to learn and take on new tasks
  • Fluency in French and English an asset
