Job Description:


You will work as a Lead Business Analyst for the Enterprise Systems team within the Technology and Data department, responsible for building, configuring, and evolving end-to-end technology solutions that enable the HR business group.

Projects are delivered in close collaboration with project team members and business partners using waterfall or agile methodologies.


Major Accountabilities:


  • Build
    current and
    target state process design flows, identifying efficiencies and leveraging the capability of digital resources.
  • Support system selections, implementations, and scoping of solution enhancements.
  • Advocate on behalf of the HR business group and liaise with other technology & data teams such as information security to coordinate vendor and capability assessments.
  • Collaborate with team members, vendors, and business partners to create project plans and track progress against the plans.
  • Understand the data and data flow to support prioritization and roadmap development related to migration / transformation programs.
  • Lead and participate in testing activities to ensure that the deliverables meet business requirements.

Role Specific Accountabilities:


  • Collaborate with business & technology stakeholders to understand priorities, roadmap and existing system and integration environment to drive progress towards established objectives.
  • Support process design by staying engaged in and researching industry "best practices" and leveraging expertise within HR technology.
  • Assist in managing our product backlog and roadmap, assist in the prioritization of work, and help with resource allocation on initiatives.
  • Engage in production issue resolution, including conducting root cause analysis, by coordinating internally and externally.

Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with Technology and Data colleagues, business partners and external vendors using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.
  • Experience in facilitating complex group meetings during requirements elicitation and design sessions.
  • Proven ability in capturing business and data integration requirements and preparing technical specifications for the Engineering team.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end to end and coordinate activities with various teams.
  • Experience with vendor management including contract negotiation (including MSAs, SOWs, and license agreements).
  • Experience in capturing, analyzing, and illustrating process flows to identify efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills as well as close attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban processes, and work management tools: JIRA, Confluence
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in SQL and knowledge of relational database concepts.
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
