    We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our Application Evolution Services practice. As part of this position, you will be responsible for providing technical consulting services to clients across their Oracle Cloud application landscape.

    • You will work closely with client stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and support ongoing operational stability.
    • Acting as the technical lead for specific workstreams within managed-services engagements ensures high-quality execution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

    Duties and Responsibilities


    The successful candidate will possess:



    • Servicing as the primary point of contact for assigned Oracle Cloud support tickets;

    • Maintaining effective working relationships with diverse team members from multiple backgrounds;

    • Troubleshooting complex issues involving Oracle Cloud modules such as ERP, HCM,, SCM_, etc.,; depending on engagement requirements);

    • Crafting customised solutions like integrations (OIC), data loads (FBDI/HDL), reports (BI Publisher/OTBI) that align with project objectives;

    • Analyzing patches quarterly updates configuration changes impact potential fluctuations perform root-cause analysis recommend preventive measures enhancing efficiency in supporting core business processes.),
