Job Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and program CNC machines for production lines
Tooling selection / speeds and feeds
Set up and trouble shoot fixtures and machines / automation
Work with engineering to develop machining process and automation
Evaluate SPC data, run capability studies, tool life studies etc.
Qualifications
Machinist certificate or relevant experience (1 to 3 years)
Strong Troubleshooting skills / problem solving skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading
Programming knowledge using G-code
