Job Summary:


ERCO's Corporate office is looking for a motivated, self-reliant, individual to join the Technical Service Team Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technical Services, the Shipping & Receiving Associate will be responsible for coordinating order fulfillment related to spare parts and for maintaining required inventory levels of products or goods sold.

This role will work directly with the spare parts coordinator to ensure timely order processing and communication of relevant documentation.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Shipping and receiving of spare parts orders from our warehouse space.
  • Manage service contracts for external customers, provides certificates of insurance and manages other documentation as required. Update Service Contract SharePoint database and E1 as service work contract progresses through execution.
  • Track payments for Spare Parts and Service Contract work, ensure invoicing is timely and accurate. Work with Accounts Payable to monitor payments and establish credit history for new proposals. Prepare monthly reports, assist with delinquent payments.
  • Maintains accurate crossreference between ERCO part numbers and all client stock numbers. Maintains Item Master for Part Numbers for ERCO Branch Plant spares.
  • Establishes and maintains appropriate spare parts inventory levels (Add area for shipping and receiving) follow up on shipments with delivery companies.
  • Involvement with ERCO committees such as the Toronto Join Health & Safety Committee, Fire Warden Committee, and First Aid Committee.
  • Other office duties as assigned.

Key Attributes & Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma is required
  • College Diploma is an asset
  • Experience in spare parts shipping and customer service is an asset
  • Proficient experience with MS Office suite
  • Continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail
  • Focused and results driven, transparent, and articulate
  • Valid driver's license and a vehicle is required

Salary: 57-60k
