We are seeking a highly skilled Building Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine property and site inspections, performing maintenance tasks as required, and ensuring the efficient operation of building systems.

To succeed in this role you must have excellent technical capabilities in building systems and equipment hold relevant trade certification possess advanced training in building systems knowledge of OSHA designated substances regulations health & safety compliance requirements Ontario Building Code-related training is an asset hands-on experience with mechanical electrical HVAC systems troubleshooting repairs operating maintaining large computerized commercial buildings familiar with CMMS software outstanding communication skills ability to work independently manage multiple priorities effectively lead small teams communicate complex ideas simply coordinate activities ensure timely completion projects prepare reports documents adhere company policies procedures.
