Service Advisor & Warranty Co-ordinator
Aggregate Equipment Atlantic Ltd. is a heavy equipment dealer in Truro, Nova Scotia. We are currently seeking a
Service Advisor &
Warranty Co-ordinator to join our growing company. This is a full time, permanent position with regular daytime hours. This job comes with extensive training for the applicant with the right industry experience.
Principle Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers to ensure service excellence
Open Jobs, file, and organize information using a variety of digital platforms
Track shop tools and fleet maintenance Manage service bulletins and updates
Warranty Co-ordination: Research customer claims, assemble photos and data, correspond with customers and suppliers to ensure accuracy
Required Skills:
Mechanical understanding and desire to learn
Good communication and customer service experience
Proficiency with computers, keyboarding, databases, and spreadsheets
Organizational and administrative skills
Strong commitment to service excellence
Class 5 Driver's License

Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour
