We are currently seeking
a Part time Key holder, this position demands energy, drive and enthusiastic personality.

The successful applicant will share their experience, knowledge, and passion for creating an engaging retail culture for staff and customers.

THE POSITION

• Contribute to positioning FXR as the first choice in action sports apparel and accessories.
• Support the team to deliver an outstanding FXR Adrenaline retail experience, while providing the highest level of customer service
• Support the Store Manager and sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Promote a positive and fun team atmosphere
• Support Store Manager to oversee day to day operations, complete opening and closing duties, be able to provide an ultimate in store customer experience.
• Help to provide direction and guidance to staff while creating a motivating environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 23 years of retail/ Key holder, sales, merchandising and customer service experience
• A friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality
• A competitive, selfstarter with excellent communication skills
• Strong at multi tasking customers and tasks during busy times
• Drive for seeking improvement in store performance and optimizing the customer experience.
• Team player
• Available Monday to Saturday
• Knowledge and Passion for action sports and performance lifestyles
