Description
Preferably Civil Engineering diploma.

  • Must have previous experience of soil and asphalt compaction, concrete testing, subgrade evaluation.
  • You have your own vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage.
  • You are mobile and willing to work on a combination of field and office work, as travel will be required.
  • You have excellent computer skills, proficiency with common industry software is required.
  • You are flexible, well organized, interested in technical and personal advancement, able to carry out assignments with mínimal supervision.
  • You are able to work in a fastpaced environment, strong report writing skills and verbal communication in English are essential.
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively and to proactively respond to timesensitive issues.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- quality control: 1 year (preferred)

  • Civil engineering: 1 year (required)
  • Material Testing (Soil, Asphalt, Concrete): 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • CCIL (required)
