Description

This is a hybrid position, meaning 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remote per week. Must be in a commutable distance to our site in London, Ontario.

Position Summary:


We are looking for an energetic, self motivated, dynamic and problem-solving Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for engaging with and collaborating with our business partners regarding projects, system and process changes.

This role will report to our Senior Business Systems Manager and work closely with our business partners and technical teams to deliver high quality solutions.


As a member of the Trojan IS team you will be a part of an innovative, diverse collaborative and dynamic team.


Accountabilities:


  • Document, improve processes and coordinate with developers to develop excellent sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with various business functions and users
  • Analyze specific business challenges and opportunities
  • Gather, define and document detailed business requirements
  • Participate in project planning
  • Perform system quality assurance
  • Develop and implement systems analysis best practices

Qualifications:


  • Degree or diploma in a related discipline (Computer Science), or a combination of training and experience.
  • Knowledge of business processes and systems
  • Attention to detail, process and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in implementation/support of business systems and processes such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM or ERP).
