Position Overview

Tamlin International Homes is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Home Division as a Technical Sales Representative located in Coquitlam, BC on a full-time basis.

Duties/Responsibilities

Respond to sales inquiries virtually and or inperson
Understand and administer house package communication
Pursue inquiries and develop network of contacts through prospective customers
Collaborate with design and estimation departments on refining final product
Administer full sales cycle from start to finish coordination, stage of design, planning, budgeting, contract, closing of sale and followup.
Prepare sales action plans, sales proposals, and sales strategies and meeting sales targets
Performing other salesrelated activities such as participating in weekly marketing meetings and contributing to newsletters
Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs; recommend and implement changes based on findings.
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Experience

North American experience in residential or commercial construction, design, and/or project management, with 2 or more years of sales experience, and a genuine interest in the industry.
Demonstrable history of client satisfaction and thrive on facetoface and oneonone client communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
The ability to read and interpret architectural plans and AutoCAD is an asset.
Excellent communicator both verbally and in written form,
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
Collaborative, patient, and meticulous, with a willingness and drive for continuous learning.
