Pop's Cannabis is a fast-growing recreational cannabis retailer that is on its way to take Ontario's legalized industry by storm.
Founded by two entrepreneurs with roots in northern Ontario, we have grown from our first store in Sturgeon Falls to 24 locations across Ontario with many more coming in 2023 As we grow, we believe the key to our success will come from paying respect to the hustlers and community who have gotten us to where we are, as we look forward to the next stages of the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:
- Build positive community relationships
- Be a positive and charismatic brand ambassador
- Continuous education and have a full understanding of our assortment
- Complete transactions, owning the entire path to purchase
- Adhere to regulations, compliance, standards and best practices to achieve desired results
- Inventory Management
- Maintain the integrity of the location, assuring safety and cleanliness are top of mind
- Drive performance, comprehensive understanding of KPI's
- Help us create a positive and vibrant instore experience
- Opening/Closing the store including, float counts, closing the POS/debit terminal batch, end of night reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service industry
- Responsible and reliable
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High Integrity, High Energy,
- Passionate in connecting communities through cannabis
- Basic skills in using digital platforms

Additional Requirements:
- Completion of CannSell certification upon offer
- Successful completion of criminal background check
- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
- Must be a minimum age of 19 years old
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
