    Headquartered in Etobicoke, ON (nearest intersection of Browns Line and Lakeshore), Starline Production Rentals Inc. was founded in 2000 and has grown steadily through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Our resources include a fleet of over 850 specialized trucks and trailers to service the dynamic film and television industry. Supplying custom-built vehicles to accommodate actors, hair and make-up, cameras, rigging, wardrobe and more requires ongoing repair and maintenance.

    What we are looking for?

    We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator who plays a key role in maintaining the accurate flow of business operations, delivering high-quality client and interdepartmental service, and facilitating streamlined communication. As a Sales Coordinator, the primary objective is to provide effective support to the sales department by managing various responsibilities, including order processing, maintaining customer communications & information tracking, and providing administrative assistance, such as the completeness of sales-related paperwork.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize our equipment rental software and Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage equipment inventory.
    • Handle customer communications through emails and CRM platforms
    • Act as a liaison with customers to address their equipment needs.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, including follow-ups and assistance with receivables collection.
    • Generate reports as requested, such as sales reports for management with brief analysis.
    • Convey relevant client feedback internally.
    • Proactively address and escalate client issues with a solution-based approach.
    • Enhance sales team productivity by reaching out to clients for necessary paperwork required for rentals.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all required vehicle paperwork is secured for each rental.
    • Maintain accurate electronic records
    • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, as delegated.

    Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

    • Post Secondary education in related field is a definite asset
    • 2+ years experience in a sales administrative/coordinator role
    • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange
    • Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
    • Demonstrable ability to work independently
    • Solid interpersonal skills with a successful track record of working within a team environment
    • Well organized with a proven ability to navigate several deadlines and projects simultaneously
    • Detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy
    • Developed professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive work environment.
