Job brief


Reporting to the manager of his business unit, the integrator analyzes customer requests and ensures that the fleet of systems assigned to him is maintained.


Generally the integrator must

  • Analyze customer needs and propose solutions using methods and ways of doing things native to our pointofsale software
  • Deploy and maintain systems either remotely or instore
  • Install and maintain preproduction environments (laboratory)
  • Maintain customer solutions "the sources" in a versioning software

More specifically

  • Working closely with the project management team, designing, maintaining and optimizing processes related to initial installation, addition and removal of functionality, migrations and assembly of pointofsale (POS) systems.
  • Make recommendations that aim to utilize all the benefits of LOC Software's SMS product line while maximizing operational efficiency
  • Deploy and maintain POS systems and retail management systems (back office)
  • Adapt the behavior of our POS solution to the needs of customers
  • Ensure deployments are automated and installations require as little intervention as possible
  • Develop detailed project documentation at the end of the project to ensure that the customer service team has all relevant information to manage customer support in the future.
  • Ensure that the management of the customer solution is carried out according to the internet specifications or those established by our customers
  • Participate as an expert in the evaluation of efforts related to the addition, removal or modification of an existing solution or a new installation
  • Collaborate at the technical level in the preparation of preproduction environments and the writing of documentation related to the activity
  • Ensure that environments are prepared for integrated testing and ensure that specifications are respected, control the quality of deliverables
  • Document work and track projects in Microsoft Dynamic NAV, Celoxis, Bitbucket (Git), and SalesForce
