Job summary
We are seeking a Payment Experience Associate I at Flywire.
- This role is not your typical 'support' roles. As the first point of contact at Flywire, you will be equipped with broad knowledge of Flywire's core business capabilities, which alongside your positive attitude and the support of our amazing global team allows you to troubleshoot any aspect of our payer's problems.
Responsibilities
- Develop a substantial understanding of the company's products, services and policies to provide accurate efficient and personalized solutions to Flywire users. ,
- Address complex customers' questions and concerns by phone chat email or any applicable contact channels with speed professionalism and empathy Be a brand ambassador making a positive first impression on fly wire ,
- Solve complex payment problems utilizing different software tools collaborating closely with team members other departments Conduct daily follow up in previously unresolved requests Handle escalations from associate one ensuring customer satisfaction Collect feedback better understand payments issues payer trends be voice payers within fly wire escalating insight senior members Stay updated new product features updates company policies provide accurate current information customers Take initiative new projects contribute greater success business Support training newer team member needed guide associate best practices Have fun while working hard goal oriented team Li Develop high level understanding company products services policies address moderate complexity customer inquiries respond professionally empathetically Resolve customer complaints addressing root causes improving future interactions Provide qualitative feedback updates leadership regarding recurring issues client trends Display emerging leadership skills mentoring less experienced associates sharing knowledge Assists training support newer team member as needed
