We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our HR Department as a HR Analyst and the position is based out of our Brampton office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in creating, reviewing, and analyzing annual merit increase data, respective matrix charts, to align with corporate policies and deliver analytical analysis.
- Maintain master data values in Workday and also supports current and future integrations.
- Uses knowledge of current data and analytical methodologies and develops expertise in emerging tech
- Participate in the development and enhancement of Workday reporting with a focus on developing an orgwide reporting strategy.
- Provides support to ongoing and new HR projects/initiatives as needed.
- Compile data and prepare various reports and work summaries.
- Provides coaching to managers on all aspects of performance including creation of continuous feedback mechanism and improving performance if needed.
Requirements:
- Postsecondary education with focus on Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in HR analytics is a must.
- Strong data analysis, data verification and problemsolving abilities. Knowledge of a data visualization tools.
- Excellent numerical sense and dataanalytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in the delivery of metrics from
Workday is an asset. - Knowledge or prior expertise in
Workday, Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel skills is preferred. - Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills ability to multitask, plan, organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to prepare reports and present findings and to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
