Torcan Lift has been providing its customers with quality aerial lift and material handling equipment in and around the Greater Toronto Area since 1999.

Opening its second location in the Cambridge area in 2019.

Torcan Lift Equipment is seeking to hire a full time, permanent training coordinator. Our team is looking for a driven, independent, and knowledgeable individual who is ready to grow and excel in their career

The training coordinator is responsible for performing the following duties with safety being the number one priority:

Selling customers on course offerings in-office and over the phone, and providing them with the necessary information to entice them to train with Torcan
Creating promotional materials in collaboration with the sales team to increase training registration, including building social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Maintaining training records and creating certificate cards
Seeking and contacting new clients
Following up with existing clients for recertification and strengthening client relationships
Assisting trainers with organizing course materials
Keeping inventory and restocking necessary training materials
Scheduling inhouse and onsite training courses and other administrative duties
Administrative duties for the health and safety committee

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Post-Secondary education in sales and marketing, or a related field
Previous sales experience
Branding experience
Administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and strategic thinker
