You have:


  • Current enrollment in a postsecondary education in Computer Science or related field, with a confirmed return to school in September
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivation, be a team player, and actionandresults oriented
  • Possess good organization and reporting skills

What you will do:


  • Troubleshoot inquiries and provide recommendations for Technology Infrastructure Analyst (TIA) approval, to support front line staff in their use of technologies and systems;
  • As directed by the TIA, complete user maintenance including setup of various technologies
  • Support with performing operating system imaging of new hardware
  • As directed by the Manager, provide administrative support for Information Technology inventory cataloging activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Rate:
$16.25 per hour (first-time summer student) or $17.25 per hour (returning summer student)
