You have:

Current enrollment in a postsecondary education in Computer Science or related field, with a confirmed return to school in September
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong oral and written communication skills
Selfmotivation, be a team player, and actionandresults oriented
Possess good organization and reporting skills

What you will do:

Troubleshoot inquiries and provide recommendations for Technology Infrastructure Analyst (TIA) approval, to support front line staff in their use of technologies and systems;
As directed by the TIA, complete user maintenance including setup of various technologies
Support with performing operating system imaging of new hardware
As directed by the Manager, provide administrative support for Information Technology inventory cataloging activities
Perform other duties as assigned

Rate:
$16.25 per hour (first-time summer student) or $17.25 per hour (returning summer student)
