Maud medical is an interdisciplinary vaginal health clinic aimed to embolden women through body and biology. We offer evidence-based medical care in a newly built facility in Bridgeland. We believe that knowledge is power. We are perfect just the way we are.

We are seeking a highly organized medical administrator who is passionate about vaginal health, education, and patient care. Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. Must have evening and weekend availability.


Duties include:

• Booking and managing appointments using an AVA Electronic Medical Records system
• Working and communicating with medical office assistants, physicians, physiotherapists, and acupuncturists to coordinate patient care
• Cleaning, stocking, and preparing examination rooms for appointments
• Managing administrative duties including inbound and outbound referrals, laboratory results, insurance communications, and prescription requests
• Processing payment for retail products
• Processing direct billing for extended healthcare
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness
• Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
• Detail oriented
• Passion for women's / vaginal healthcare
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work efficiently in both independent and team environments

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in a clinical/patient care setting
• Privacy and patient confidentiality training
• Customer service experience
• Postsecondary education (degree, diploma, or certificate)

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week


Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour

Masks in clinic are mandatory. Must be fully vaccinated.
