Truspace is looking for an experienced National Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Do you love getting results, connecting with executives and decision-makers, and brokering deals? The National Business Development Executive's main responsibility is to build relationships with the real estate industry to find opportunities to renovate and/or build out tenant spaces within the Greater Toronto Area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly broker meetings
Host weekly and monthly client intro meetings
Build relationships with individuals in the real estate industry
Conduct many intro calls to discover new prospects

Required Experience:

High School Diploma (minimum), additional training and education is an asset
3+ years in sales
5+ years of working in a professional services firm
Firm grasp of construction and commercial tenant improvements
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with an ability to quickly learn new software
Experience in the furniture or design industry is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail orientated
Must have a valid Canadian driver's license
Must speak and write fluent English
Must be able to travel throughout the GTA area
