AGTA Home Health Care Simcoe County is dedicated to providing the highest quality, 24-hour Home Health care in Ontario. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (or experienced graduates of an accepted, equivalent diploma program) to assist our clients in their homes.
, (AVAILABILITY TO WORK SOME DAYTIME HOURS (as well as evenings) MONDAY to FRIDAY & WEEKEND HOURS) in INNISFIL, ON. and surrounding area. This is a casual part-time position.

Personal Support Workers responsibilities and duties:

Provide assistance with activities of daily living
(ADL's) such as
bathing,
dressing,
grooming,
toileting assistance,
companionship, and
completing other tasks as required:

Documenting Changes in clients conditions and
updating Communication Books as required

Meal Preparation:

Assistance with Mobility issues and Transfers:

Palliative Care:

-
Light Housekeeping Duties in clients households such as cleaning, washing dishes, and laundry

Qualifications:

PSW Certificate, DSW Diploma, RPN/RN Students (Some Requirements)

Drivers License and reliable vehicle (required)

Vulnerable Sector Check completed/or in process of completing

CPR/AED/First Aid Level C or higher:

Experience working in community care as a Personal Support Worker is a definite asset
