About the Position:

The Music Distribution Coordinator is responsible for distributing Anthem releases and

sound recordings to digital services and stores globally. Working across label teams,

distribution partners, and key contacts at digital services, this role will ensure the

successful release and management of Anthem's sound recording and music video

assets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, plan, and execute our albums and singles distribution pipeline from

asset creation to street date. Ensure smooth delivery to all digital service

platforms using third party distributors.

• Be a key partner to the Anthem Records team throughout the distribution

process.

• Work with marketing managers to ensure all required pitch info for

playlisting and promotional opportunities with DSPs is delivered for all

products

• Coordinate with distributors to ensure all products receive maximum

exposure using their in-house marketing and advertising tools.

• Coordinate logistics around releases with label team, including the

collection, creation, and distribution of metadata, audio and artwork assets.

Deliver accurate ownership information and metadata to streaming service

partners.

• Work with internal/external partners to contribute to marketing and

promotion strategies.

• Manage sound recording copyrights on DSP's including YouTube, Apple

Music, Spotify Soundcloud, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

• Coordinate with digital staff to ensure all sound recording and video assets

are successfully delivered and monetizing on UGC platforms (YouTube,

Meta, TikTok).

• Analyze release analytics and reporting for Anthem sound recordings and IP.
• Compile and submit monthly reporting for royalty processing and analysis.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Previous relevant experience at a record label managing digital and physical

distribution an asset.

• Understanding of music publishing and record label business models and

revenues an asset.

• Ability to manage key relationships in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
