Job Description:


  • Gathering information by observing workflows, reading company reports and conducting employee interviews
  • Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information and data
  • Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations
  • Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations
  • Work with managers and employees to implement changes and process improvement
  • Train employees to use new systems or follow new policies
  • Determine the effectiveness of new processes
  • Lead analyst for FSI system and other DOD management systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Will typically possess a relevant educational background in Finance, or Operations, Accounting or Business.
  • Technologically strong must manage several systems for DOD.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a team player.
  • Strong analytical, detail oriented and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management and decision making skills.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
  • Displays ethics and integrity in his/her work; accountable and dependable.
  • A creative and innovative thinker.
