Job Description:

Gathering information by observing workflows, reading company reports and conducting employee interviews
Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information and data
Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations
Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations
Work with managers and employees to implement changes and process improvement
Train employees to use new systems or follow new policies
Determine the effectiveness of new processes
Lead analyst for FSI system and other DOD management systems.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Will typically possess a relevant educational background in Finance, or Operations, Accounting or Business.
Technologically strong must manage several systems for DOD.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a team player.
Strong analytical, detail oriented and problem solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational, time management and decision making skills.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
Displays ethics and integrity in his/her work; accountable and dependable.
A creative and innovative thinker.
