Position Description
At PAR, we're on a mission to deliver solutions that connect people to the restaurants, meals, and moments they love.
We are now on the lookout for a Marketing Business Analyst who is eager to learn, contribute to our marketing efforts, and help elevate our brand positioning.
As a Marketing Business Analyst, you'll be an essential part of the Growth Marketing Strategy team, offering support to the Director of Growth Marketing Strategy.
What We're
Looking For
- 12 years' experience, or recent graduates in business, marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical ability with an interest in marketing strategy and competitive strategy
- Good verbal and written communications skills; ability to understand and convey technical information in a simple, clear manner
- Team player who thrives in a crossfunctional team environment
- Organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Openness to travel 1020% for events and/or tradeshows
Why We Need You
- Assist in developing competitive marketing strategies: Under the guidance of the Director, you'll learn to understand the market dynamics and contribute to the creation of marketing strategies that aim to grow our market share.
- Support in market analysis: You'll help with TAM, SAM, SOM modelling for PAR and its product lines, contributing to the identification of growth segments, channels, verticals, and products.
- Contribute to crossfunctional collaboration: You'll work with various teams such as product management, sales, content, and demand generation to help build annual marketing strategies and quarterly playbooks.
- Help elevate PAR's brand: Under the guidance of the team, you'll assist with various marketing activities aimed at building a cohesive marketing strategy that enhances PAR's brand positioning in the marketplace.
- Support Marketing ROI analysis: You'll assist in analyzing marketing data to help improve marketing spend across the marketing mix.
