_- Responsibilities:_
- Coordinate and execute all functions relating to job staffing and coordination of AFIMAC job deployments.
- Assist with Recruitment Process for multiple positions
- Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules.
- Proactively communicate project tasks, goals, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Deployment communication to employees.
- Clearly communicate AFIMAC requirements to field staff and perform quality control throughout each project to ensure those requirements are met
- Support deployment efforts, hotel bookings, car rentals etc.
- Adhere to staffing deadlines and ensure client staffing orders are met
- Contact temporary personnel on cancellations and changes in job information.
- Support recruitment efforts when required
- Respond to client requests in an immediate clientfocused manner
- Inventory, maintenance, & distribution of all security equipment
- Assist in the development and improvement of deployment operating procedures.

- Able to work extended hours as required (Some nights and weekends)

- Ability to coordinate when there are several projects deploying at the same time
- Able to work with office as well as field staff in a professional manner
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Additional Requirements:
- Preference given to those who have worked in the security and or staffing industry or Military background.
- Valid G Class License
- Clean Criminal Background
- Able to travel as needed to project sites across Canada
