As a planning analyst, you will be a key player in Industrialization and Central Planning function.Your role will be to schedule the production of major components and aircraft parts of the St-Laurent Manufacturing center to meet the strategic plan deliveries, based on capacity, plant constraints and the company's profitability objectives.
As a member of the Master Plan team:
- Your role will be to schedule production of major components and aircraft parts to meet strategic
- You will create and align the master production plan.
- You will create and harmonize the master production plan; You will develop scenarios for rate changes, analyze the impacts and present them to the managers.
- You will work in collaboration with the managers of the other sites.
- You will develop scenarios for the new program strategy, analyze impacts and present to leaders and managers.
- You will optimize aircraft production cycles.
- You will create the manpower plan and establish budgets and forecasts.
- You will establish the budgets and forecasts of the inventory in progress and analyze the variances.
- You will participate in various improvement projects in terms of planning and production followup activities.
Qualifications
- You will have a good knowledge of the company to access the necessary information, perform the required assessments, and anticipate the impact of changes.
- You will be able to work methodically with limited supervision.
- You will quickly identify problems and obstacles and know how to resolve them.
- You have a bachelor's degree in industrial or Operations Engineering or equivalent experience.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- You have good planning, analytical and problemsolving skills.
- You have good interpersonal skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written.
- Knowledge of ERP system (SAP), Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Project and have a very good facility with the Office suite,
