Description

The town of Lestock is a special services area within the Rural Municipality of Kellross and serves an agricultural community of grain and cattle farms.

The community is approximately one hour from the city of Regina, 30 minutes west to Raymore, and 45 minutes south to Fort Qu'Appelle located in the scenic Qu'Appelle Valley.

Lestock, and surrounding area offers several K-12 schools, and many outdoor adventures for an active family to enjoy

What you'll do:


  • Strategy
  • Working closely with the Board to interpret our vision and managing the Cooperative's strategy by directing all aspects of the business.


  • Financial Stewardship

  • Leading the development of the Coop's operating and capital budgets and ensuring efficient operation and adherence to the budget.


  • Operations

  • Responsible for overall administration, coordination, and control of the retail, and ensuring daily success with a handson approach. Understands the importance of optimizing processes to drive results.


  • Leadership

  • Provide leadership and maintain a positive work environment that promotes the engagement and development of team members to support the achievement of desired results.


  • Relationships

  • Using excellent communication skills, builds and enhances relationships with members, customers, team members. Acts as a liaison between the community and the retail.

Who you are:

You are a leader in Retail Store Operations and have:

years of relevant management experience with 1-2 years leading people within the retail industry, or a combination of education and experience may be considered.


  • Strong business and organizational savvy, and an ability to plan and align resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure accountability, mange conflict and balance stakeholders.
  • A reputation for being honest and trustworthy, resultsoriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • A belief in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most.
