    Description du poste:

  • Planification et mise à jour des échéanciers (ingénierie, approvisionnement, construction).
  • Suivi des échéanciers d'approvisionnement (équipements et matériaux) et des appels d'offres pour construction.
  • Suivi des budgets, avis de changements, heures dépensées et prévision pour compléter le projet.
  • Préparation et suivi des courbes de progrès d'ingénierie (total et par discipline).
  • Participation à l'élaboration des rapports mensuels d'avancement.
  • Participation à l'élaboration des budgets de caisses (cash flow) et heures hommes (manpower).
  • Préparation des documents d'appels d'offres de construction (rédaction des portées de travaux) et suivi des lots de construction.
  • Participation aux réunions hebdomadaires d'ingénierie et d'approvisionnement.
  • Coordination des appels d'offres d'approvisionnement des équipements et des matériaux.
  • Compilation des heures dépensées par document lorsque les projets sont terminés (Banque des données de projets).
  • Must be allowed to work in Canada

    Project Control Coordinator

    Job Description:

  • Planning and updating of schedules (engineering, procurement, construction).
  • Follow-up on procurement schedules (equipment and materials) and construction tenders.
  • Tracking of budgets, change orders, hours spent and forecast to complete the project.
  • Preparation and follow-up of engineering progress charts (total and by discipline).
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly progress reports.
  • Participate in the preparation of cash flow and manpower budgets.
  • Preparation of construction tender documents (drafting of scopes of work) and follow-up of construction packages.
  • Participation in weekly engineering and procurement meetings.
  • Coordination of equipment and material procurement tenders.
  • Compile hours spent by document when projects are completed (Project database).
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

  • Expérience en planification, approvisionnement, contrôles de coûts (un atout) et construction (si possible).
  • Langues parlées et écrites : français et anglais
  • Logiciels : Microsoft Project, Primavera (P6), Excel, , Word
  • Qualifications:
