    Description

    Senior Housing Portfolio Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Housing Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our investment and asset management teams, you will play a critical role in overseeing the performance of our senior housing portfolio.

    Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to analyze demographics and psychographics of target markets, preparing and presenting investment committee materials, highlighting underwriting risks due diligence transaction strategies business plans budgets financial analyses supporting strategic objectives and more.

    • You must have a minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in commercial real estate healthcare investing lending investment banking or sales expertise multifamily or hospitality operations analytical skills intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency working knowledge ARGUS BA Finance Economics similar field required employment contingent successful background check verification employment education credentials position available competitive base salary annual bonus generous paid time off holidays employee stock purchase program employer-matching RRSP comprehensive medical dental vision options
