    Description

    A client I am working with is currently looking for a Medical Device Assembler for their facility in Mississauga, ON

    Job Must Haves

    • 3+ years of medical device assembly or electronic assembly
    • Experience with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes
    • Comfortable with completing documentation

    Job Duties

    • Use tweezers to put small lyophilized beads into milled or molded plastic discs to part of a larger diagnostic medical device
    • Build and test according to documented procedures
    • Set up and Run pre-programmed sequences on the laser cutter to cut production and engineering parts
    • Follow defined cleaning procedures to ultrasonically clean parts
    • Use precision measuring tools to accurately measure parts (calipers)
    • Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment per standard procedures
    • Accurately record measurement and setup data for each component or assembly
    • Identify and highlight issues, variances or unusual observations in parts or assemblies
    • Advise on component inventory and proactively assess shortages or impacts on production
    • Wll need to add these small packs of liquid, have them measured and sealed to the kits

    Shift

    • Monday - Friday
    • 8:00am - 4:30pm
