As our

Warehouse and Tool Crib Coordinator you:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound shipments and receipts of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and tool crib.
  • Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipment.
  • Support Inventory Management.
  • Engage with vendors and delivery drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Assist with small tool repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide back up to the Logistics Coordinator.
  • Manage, plan and schedule all orders and deliveries into and out of the Prefabrication shop.
  • Providing support for the complete process of order fulfilment. Ensuring no delays with next day deliveries.
  • Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
  • Tasks include but not limited to:
  • Receive deliveries and unload trucks
  • sort and stock material on shelves.
  • Sorting and scanning incoming/outgoing material or tools.
  • Picking material and preparing for next day shipment(s).
  • Assist our driver(s) with unloading/loading trucks.
years' experience in a warehouse environment.

  • Excellent communication both written and oral.
  • Strong sense of urgency, time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Fleet Management Software an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Forklift License an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
