- Follow drawings and specifications to construct fences, decks, trellises, benches, and other landscape structures.
- Work in collaboration with the project managers, lead hands and foremen to review details and communicate about issues in advance.
- Pick up tools, materials, and supplies as needed.
- Instruct laborers to complete rudimentary carpentry tasks.
- Possess the basic understanding of the BC Building Code & Lower Mainland bylaws
- Must be reliable, punctual and possess a strong work ethic
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment
- Minimum three years' related experience.
- Must possess knowledge of common exterior installation types, products, and techniques
- Strong ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality finished products in a timely cost effective manner
- Valid BC driver's license.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Willingness to be a part of a collaborative and encouraging team
- Extended health and dental benefits(including Life insurance and Long Term Disability) following 3-month probation period
- DPSP following 1 year of employment
- Profit sharing at the end of the year depending on company's performance

We are in search of an experienced Carpenter to keep up with our increasing amount of commercial landscape installations throughout the Lower Mainland.
