We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team.As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end logistics operations to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, to coordinate and optimize logistics activities.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and transportation.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to schedule and track shipments, ensuring ontime delivery.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize carrying costs.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
- Continuously monitor logistics processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus.
- Experience with customs clearance processes and documentation is an advantage.
