Trinity Janitorial is currently looking to add an Overnight Operations Manager to our team

Valid Manitoba Drivers license
Clean criminal background check

- (2) years experience in Janitorial, Hospitality or a related field
- (1) year minimum experience in a supervisory role
- experience performing Strip and Wax of floors (preferred but not required)

As an Overnight Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

Training new employees using our Smart Phone App and training modules
Fill in for any absenteeism or attrition
Launch new contracts
Perform Quality Assurance Inspections on existing locations
Driving from location to location is a requirement of the position. You will require a valid Manitoba Drivers License.
Due to the nature of the role, between 10% to 50% of your time may be spent performing hands on cleaning tasks.
