Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and potential solutions
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the job site
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and RFIs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to effectively supervise a team of subcontractors and workers
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
