Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
  • Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and potential solutions
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the job site
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and RFIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
  • Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively supervise a team of subcontractors and workers
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
