We are searching for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team of Financial and Insurance Advisors.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Servicing clients with professionalism, efficiency, and upholding confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
  • Superior organization skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive and high performingteam.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems, Word, Excel.

Receptionist Duties include but not limited to:

  • Acting as receptionist by answering phone and greeting clients.
  • Arranging client meetings, booking telephone and in office meetings for many of our Advisors.
  • Responding to client inquiries and issues in a timely, responsive manner and escalating to Advisor when appropriate.
  • Keeping the office tidy, disinfect surfaces between visits.

Administrative Duties include but not limited to:

  • Prepping files for client meetings with our Advisors.
  • Processing client account documentation.
  • Opening new accounts and processing new account documentation.
  • Maintaining client files and information on the appropriate systems.
  • Ensuring all client interaction is accurately documented.
  • Ensuring adherence of all regulatory rules as it relates to client accounts and related documentation.
  • Provide daytoday administrative support to the Investment Advisors and team as needed.

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
