Responsibilities

  • You manage your tickets through a ticketing system.
  • You are the North American Tech Lead for support (he/she will lead all Tech troubleshooting but will not be a leader)
  • You communicate with customers through Phone and Platforms (live chat).
  • You are responsible for Lev1, Lev2, Lev3 tickets.
  • You are the front lines of tech support for North America.
  • You are the first/last touch point of customers that are running in live environments.
  • You will have direct communication with customers.
  • Direct/Concise line of communication with internal team.
  • Day in/out: Active Directory, Office365, Gmail, Azure, LDAP
  • You'll groom & grow future junior tech support workers. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Pride in your work and a "getitdone" attitude
  • Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
  • Computer Science (degree not necessary)

English (Must have) / French (Nice to have)

  • Can be trusted alone in front of customers (business acumen)
  • Microsoft Office365, Azure, Active Directory (Must Haves)
  • TCP, Messaging System, Windows (Client and Server), LDAP Directory (Nice to have)
  • Character, Experience, Intelligence, Coachability (in this order)
