Position Overview
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our Leadership Team. This is an exciting role that offers ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. You'll be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our specification, design, customer service and Installation teams.
With a focus on implementing the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) accountability model, you'll help lead the way in team development and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Vision
- Contribute to our strategic planning and vision as a part of the Leadership Team.
- Align the operations team with our company's core values and objectives.
People
- Lead, coach, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Ensure individual accountability for team members through regular checkins and performance reviews.
Customers
- Elevate customer satisfaction through service excellence.
- Handle escalated customer issues effectively.
Traction
- Drive quarterly and annual goals using EOS tools.
- Develop leadership qualities within your team for enhanced accountability.
Process
- Develop, document, and continuously refine operational processes to align with the company's strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability across all operational areas.
Data
- Leverage KPIs to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Provide datadriven reports to the Leadership Team.
Issues
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve operational challenges proactively.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to strategize longterm solutions for persistent issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a creative environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Proven track record in operational efficiency and team accountability.
- Experience in implementing and sustaining the EOS model is an asset but not required
Salary:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Education:

Experience:
