    Position Overview:

    The Senior Consultant will be responsible for creating innovative and scalable practice offerings that elevate customer engagement and enhance their overall experience with a Brand. This role involves leading in-market thought leadership, identifying, and cultivating new opportunities within solution delivery, crafting, presenting, and pitching solutions to clients, and providing strategic advisory to clients and our client leaders. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in developing and nurturing a high-performing team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Practice Offering and Client Solution Development:

  • Lead the design, development, and refinement of scalable customer engagement and experience offerings and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of innovative thinking and industry best practices.
  • Drive the creation of client-tailored strategies that align with their business objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Thought Leadership:

  • Establish and maintain in-market thought leadership by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sector best practices.
  • Contribute to whitepapers, articles, and presentations that highlight Bond's expertise in customer engagement and experience.
  • Stay well informed of industry and emerging consumer trends, incorporating relevant advancements into our offerings.
  • Opportunity Cultivation:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the existing client base and prospective clients.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of compelling presentations and pitches to clients, displaying the value and impact of our practice offerings.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to drive growth and expand Bond's footprint in the market.
  • Strategic Advisory:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor providing strategic advisory against their consumer strategies, offering insights and recommendations that align with their long-term goals and business planning.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and co-create solutions that deliver tangible value.
  • Team Development:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to team members, ensuring their growth and success within the organization.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years experience designing customer engagement and loyalty marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in loyalty operations, implementation, and financial planning that successfully drives customer engagement, experience, and ROI.
  • Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of loyalty program best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Stellar ability to influence others in a complex, matrix environment and gaining buy-in at multiple levels across the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience interacting at executive levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including building and managing teams.
