Job description:
-meets or exceeds sales goals
-opening and closing the store following company policies and procedures
-Initiates and builds relationships while expressing a genuine desire and purposeful effort to exceed client expectations
-Maintains credibility by following through with commitments made to clients
-Takes responsibility to address client problems even if it goes 'above and beyond the call of duty'
-Assists store manager with completion of projects/tasks
-Assists store manager with recruiting, coaching and developing staff
-Focuses on results -Is a leader in the store and sets the tone
-Exhibits style that reflects the brands attributes Feminine and whimsical
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
