The technician is required to:


  • Provide exemplary customer service through efficient diagnosis and repair of customer vehicles
  • Recommend repairs to the Service Consultant for customer review
  • Maintain a tidy workspace
  • Manage your shop equipment keeping management aware of any maintenance or repair which needs to be performed
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate
